I Think Not(t).
Sometimes I think. Sometimes, not(t) so much. These are my thoughts, or not.
Tonight I was watching the Olympic Time Trials from Omaha, Nebraska on some network TV. It featured Men's and Women's swimming. In the comments to follow, I mean NO disrespect as these athletes are amazing and I do hope they do very well next month in London.

However...
1) I went upstairs to deal with something and I heard the narrative between the two announcers and I started to chuckle. These announcers were comparing this night's event coupled with last night's event then "delicately" segued into a "drive" theme based on the automotive advertiser. My giggling was because I thought of this SNL skit. I can't not compare their narrative to this:

2) Back downstairs, I needed to fast forward a segment or 2 to catch up a bit, and enjoyed watching the athletes swim THAT. MUCH. FASTER. A few times over, and over, and over, in fact. I chuckled and giggled. We have some *amazing superstars*!!!
3) Once back into the "regular' mode, there was a S L O - M O under water cam video of the guys getting to the finish and tapping the wall. I was mesmerized not(t) by their athletic physical stature. Nope. I was mesmerized merely by their breath bubbles. At the end of every race, each racer wipes their nose and *then* looks at the scoreboard. It suddenly came to me: How much snot and bodily fluids are in that water??? EWEEEEE!
Yes, yes, I am a tad twisted.
